FaxBox: How to use and Troubleshooting

The FaxBox service allows you to connect your fax machine to a pre-configured box to use it with your fax line. 

This little box is called FAX ATA and these are the steps to install it and troubleshoot it in case you have some issue with it (the image can be downloaded for better visualization):

In case your fax machine has some issue or the Fax ATA goes down you can configure your e-mail address to use your FaxBox line as a CloudFax, while support works to have it fixed, in that case contact support to have your e-mail address configured. You can see the CloudFax instructions here.
