In order to modify the configuration of your auto attendant you must be Admin of your account on MyPBX (If you are not Admin yet, contact support requesting Admin permissions. Please remember that this must be authorized by the main contact of your company).
Once you login as Admin go to Manage and there you will find several options, one of them is Auto Attendants. A list with all the auto attendants of the group you manage will be shown. Select the one you want to modify and click on Edit.
Once into the Auto attendant you will see the General tab where you can change or configure many options like Name, Last Name (which can be used to identify it), set a specific extension or even change the direct number assigned to it (you need to make sure you know your company directory very well to avoid using previously assigned numbers).
Under the option Edit Menu you will be able to edit both the Business Hours and After Hours menus.
From this section you could change the greeting that is played when callers call during the business hours by selecting on of the previously uploaded files on the Audio dropdown menu. (in case you need to upload a new greeting we will show you how to do it at the end of this tutorial).
Here you can also change the Ring To number of any option, let's say you want to modify option 1 to ring at a different number or extension you can do it by simply replacing the Action Data number.
To upload a new greeting for Business Hours, After Hours or Holidays you must go to the Auto Attendant General tab and click on Manage under Announcement Repository.
There you will be able to see and download all the greetings that have been uploaded and also upload a new one. Simply hit the Browse button under Upload New File and you will be able to search in your computer for your own previously recorded greeting. (Note: the only compatible format is .WAV 8Khz U-Law, your files can be converted to this format with the help of a third party website like g711.org or you can ask support for help to do it).
