You can easily access and manage all your tickets by clicking on Account Details/Tickets:

You will be taken to the tickets dashboard where you will have access to all of your tickets, recent updates and more:

 

To open a ticket simply click on the ticket number and you will be taken to the ticket editing screen:

You can check the Messages section to check for messages from the technician in charge of your ticket or to send him/her a message (for example: requesting status update, ETR, or providing additional information).
