Transferring calls



There are two options for transferring a call:



Transfer now: is a blind transfer, used to transfer a call to another number without providing an introduction to the destination party.



Attended Audio or Attended Video: transfers a call with the option for an audio or video introduction to the destination party.

To initiate a transfer when you’re in an active call:

  1. Click the … More menu and select Transfer
  2. Enter the name of the contact to transfer the call
  3. Select the contact and number
  4. Select Transfer NowAttended Audio, or Attended Video
