UC-One Voicemail

If you have a voicemail message, you will see a badge displayed on the Calls icon indicating the number of pending voicemail messages.


The Desktop app offers two methods to retrieve your voicemail messages:

From the Calls icon
  1. Select the Voicemail tab
  2. Select the voicemail message to retrieve
  3. Click the play button to listen or double click the message to play the voicemail instantly.


From the UC-One App toolbar menu


  1. Click the Calls menu
  2. In the drop-down, select Voicemail
  3. Select Show Voicemail

This will bring you to the voicemail display screen. Select the voicemail message you would like to retrieve and click the play button to listen to the message.

For each voicemail, the following actions are available:

  • Call back: call the contact
  • Mark as new/: removes unread message badge
  • Mark as played: adds unread message badge
  • Save As: download the message as a .wav file to your computer
  • Delete: the message from your voicemail

For Voicemail customization options, select Voicemail in the Preferences menu.
